Improvements to our website continue with the addition of stored Return Authorisations.

Now, customers can download their Return Authorisation, at their convenience, without having to wait for an email to arrive.

Once your Return has been authorised, simply navigate to 'My account' > 'Return requests' and lookout for the Download button!
