Developed by the Research and Development team at Grenade, Black Ops has been specially designed to enhance mental and physical performance in order to reduce body fat. This elite weight management system delivers enhanced thermogenesis and performance for moderate duration, providing laser-like focus and intensity during training without a prolonged stimulant effect. Due to this, Black Ops is ideal for High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), as well as training later in the afternoon or evening. As it provides short bursts of energy, it's great for high intensity sessions and doesn't last long enough to interfere with your sleep. To increase metabolic rate and induce fat oxidation, key ingredients have been included in this weight management system, including caffeine, cayenne, green tea, coconut extract and blue green algae. Take two capsules of Black Ops upon waking and a further two capsules at lunchtime for optimum results. If you're new to Black Ops, take just one capsule per day for the first week of use to test your tolerance. For an explosive workout, take two capsules of Black Ops before training.
