INGREDIENTS
Hydrolysed Collagen (type 1 Bovine), Medium-Chain Triglyceride Powder. ALLERGENS: No common allergens included. Made in a facility that handles milk, soy, eggs, cereals containing gluten and products thereof.

DIRECTIONS
Mix 1 scoop (13g) with 100-200ml of water, fruit or add to your favorite hot drink. Simply stir and consume. Use 1-2 times daily preferably with breakfast or after exercise.
